This includes:

- 6 or 12 guided circles (aligned to arc length)

- Pre-circle pulse survey + intention setting

- Digital reflection prompt after each session

- Resource list: breathwork tracks, journaling cues, meditations

- Mid-program check-in with HR/People lead (anonymized themes)

Private, somatic coaching for Black women and employees of color navigating micro-aggressions, boundary fatigue, and purpose drift. Personal sacred space to reclaim agency, joy, and work-life alignment—then carry it back into the organization.

This includes:

- 6- or 12-session coaching bundle

- Two 15-min “in-the-moment” support calls per client

- Personalized somatic & ancestral practice guide

- Goal-tracking sheet + end-of-package progress summary

- Optional anonymous trend feedback to leadership

Power in Circle — Group Coaching Cohort

• 3–6 months

Cohort-style journey blending live spotlight coaching, peer learning, and ancestral practices. Themes such as “Boundaries Without Guilt” or “Softness as Strategy” turn shared challenges into collective wisdom and emergent leadership.

This includes:

- 6 or 12 live cohort sessions

- Kick-off orientation + group agreements workshop

- Spotlight coaching for 2–3 participants each session

- Peer-reflection workbook & rituals toolkit

- Closing celebration + cohort insights report

Investment: $2,000 per session

Leadership Reckoning & Accountability
