The Becoming
Guiding Black women through ancestral, somatic, and shadow-rooted work to remember who they were before survival became the story.
You’ve outgrown who you had to be to survive, but you’re not yet sure who you’re becoming. The roles, beliefs, and patterns that once kept you safe now feel too tight—and you can’t unknow what your body and spirit are telling you.
This is not quick-fix coaching. The Becoming is a sacred container, a space to slow down, listen deeply, and return to the truth of who you are.
Together, we’ll walk through 12 weeks of release, reclamation, and alignment, supported by ancestral guidance and intuitive practices.
Weaving wholeness from the threads they tried to sever
While these offerings are to benefit all women, they are curated to be a sacred and safe space for Black women specifically.
the in-between
where the work lives
My work is supporting Black women in reclaiming their power, joy, healing, and pleasure through a blend of ancestral wisdom, intuitive coaching, and grounded, practical tools. If you're ready to step into deeper self-awareness, peace, and embodiment, you're in the right place.
the work of remembering
The Becoming is a 12-session, 1:1 coaching container for Black women across the diaspora who find themselves in the in-between—no longer able to stay who they were, not yet sure who they’re becoming.
At its core, this work is remembering: remembering the parts of you that were severed, the lineages that had to survive what they should never have had to carry, and the truths your body has been holding all along. Through ancestral connection, shadow/parts work, and a nervous-system-safe container, we make room for those memories to surface in ways your body can actually feel and trust.
This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about returning to the knowing that you were never broken, only asked to forget.
Why The fray alchemist
The Fray Alchemist is a reclamation
The Fray Alchemist is more than a name—it’s a legacy. Born from battle and transformation, this work turns the unraveling into an initiation. I stand in the lineage of those who survived chattel slavery and still passed down joy, wisdom, and radical love. This healing continues their legacy—one thread at a time. And remember, whatever your ancestry, you have access to that lineage of power.
