Coaching Service Agreement & Payment Terms

1. Scope of Service: The Fray Alchemist (Takia) provides transformative personal growth coaching focused on ancestral, somatic, and shadow-rooted work, delivered through scheduled online video or phone sessions. Coaching is an advisory service designed to facilitate personal clarity, self-awareness, and goal-setting.

2. Payment Options: Clients may purchase 1:1 Coaching Packages ("The Beginning" or "The Becoming") via the following methods:

• Full Upfront Payment: The entire program fee is due in full prior to the start of the first coaching session.

• Installment Plan: An approved installment plan may be offered, requiring the first payment upon enrollment and subsequent payments according to the pre-agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make payments on time will result in the temporary suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibility for Scheduling: Clients must notify The Fray Alchemist at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a booked session. Sessions missed ("no-show") or cancelled without 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds: Due to the personalized and experiential nature of The Fray Alchemist's coaching services, all payments for coaching packages (The Beginning, The Becoming) are non-refundable once the first paid session has been delivered.

2. Pre-Session Cancellation: If a client chooses to cancel a package purchase before the first paid session has been delivered, a full refund will be issued, provided no preliminary materials or services have been accessed or provided.

3. Termination of Service: The Fray Alchemist reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to non-payment, disruptive behavior, or ethical concerns, in which case no refund will be issued.
