The FRAY Alchemist is a healing-rooted coaching practice that helps folks release ancestral burdens, reclaim joy and clarity, and reconnect with their embodied power. My work blends somatic practices, intuitive coaching, and ritual-based healing into a transformational journey rooted in legacy and liberation.

FRAY is a sacred acronym that represents the foundational stages of transformation in my work:

This path mirrors how we transform pain into power, legacy into liberation.

No. While this work is deeply healing, it is not a substitute for clinical therapy or mental health treatment. I do not diagnose or treat mental illness. That said, many of my clients work with both a therapist and a coach (me) to support their healing and embodiment from different angles.

This work is deeply spiritual—but not religious. I honor ancestral wisdom, intuitive knowing, and the sacredness of your body, but I don’t operate within any single religious framework. All are welcome, as long as they respect the lineage and energy of this space.
