The Becoming

The Becoming is a deeper, immersive coaching container for when you’re ready to do more than “get through it.” Here, we work with your body, your stories, and your ancestral line to unwind old patterns of over-functioning, people-pleasing, and spiritual guilt. This is a space to practice new ways of being held, seen, and resourced As you grow into the self your bones have always known you to be. By the end, you’ll have clearer boundaries, more access to joy, and a relationship with yourself that feels like home.
