You're Not Lost.
You're Getting Colder
And part of you already knows it.

A Moment of Return
You've been reaching.
Searching.
Trying to think your way back to yourself.
And nothing is landing.
You're not broken.
You're not lost.
You're just getting colder.
This is how you find your way back.
You have the life that looks right from the outside and something still feels like it's slipping.
You've been trying to think your way back to yourself and nothing is landing.
You feel disconnected, like you're watching your own life from a distance.
You're exhausted from forcing clarity that won't come.
You don't need to be fixed. You need relief. You need to remember.
This was made for you. The Black woman who is ready to come back to herself, privately, quietly, on her own terms.

A Note from Takia
I want you to take a breath before you read this.
Not because what's ahead is heavy.
Because you've been carrying something and you've been doing it with so much intention. So much effort. So much willingness to go into the hard places.
You are healing. And you have healed. Both of those are true at the same time.
But sometimes in the middle of that journey, we forget how to be still. We forget that healing isn't only the excavation, it's also the returning. The settling. The moment where you stop searching and start listening.
This is exactly why I created A Moment of Return.
Because the work I do in coaching is deep and intimate. It asks you to be fully present to yourself in the company of another person. And not everyone is ready for that yet. So I built this for the woman who needs to come back to herself first, privately, quietly, on her own terms. No one watching. No one waiting. Just you.
For so many of us, our bodies have been sites of harm, surveillance, and survival. Coming home to ourselves is not a small thing. It is actually one of the bravest things we can do.
This experience creates the conditions for that return. It begins with one meditation, soft, grounding, and unhurried. It brings you back into your body and into your own knowing. There is ancestral work woven in, quietly. You may feel it before you name it.
This is not about fixing anything.
It's about trusting that what you've built inside yourself is enough to guide you.
You already know the way.
This just helps you remember.
