Takia brings more than 10 years of lived experience understanding how repeated betrayal through family, relationships, workplaces, and systems can shape a Black woman’s body, identity, and ability to trust herself.

Her work helps Black women recognize what betrayal taught them to become and begin rebuilding their lives around safety, truth, and relief through nervous-system support, shadow and parts work, ancestral connection, ritual, and intuitive guidance.
